KCCPH is looking for the best Pinoy entertainer to represent the Philippines at the Hallyu Concert in Korea on November 26, 2011 featuring the winners of all Korean Cultural Centers in the World!

RULES & GUIDELINES

1. This is a singing competition. Allowed performances are:
- SOLO
- Singing with dancing. (Solo or with a group max of 5. Back-up dancers is allowed but is not be included in the prize)
- Singing with musical instruments. (Solo or with a band max of 5)
- Singing in groups (with or without dancing, max 5 members)
- Acapella Singing

2. Piece should be a Korean song.

3. Must only sing one song.

4. Song must be without accompaniment (instrumental, MR, minus one)

5. Contestant must record a video/UCC of the performance.

6. UCC must be uploaded to youtube and must be titled as PINOYKPOPSTAR (name of the contestant).
- EXAMPLE: PINOYKPOPSTAR (Lian Zapata)

7. The youtube link must be sent to kccphevents@gmail.com together with the entry form and a creative shot of the contestant. Subject title must be KCCIDOL. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES IS ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2011.

8. All entries submitted will automatically be properties of the Korean Cultural Center, giving KCC the rights to reproduce, exhibit or publish the videos for promotional / advertising purposes.

9. Finalists will be announced on September 26, 2011.

10. All participants should have a valid passport at the time of the competition.

PRIZE

A. GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Trophy, Gift packs from KCC and a Trip to Korea to be part of the KPOP Concert on November 26 featuring all the winners from all the Korean Cultural Centers in the World.

B. Second Prize Winner: Trophy and Gift packs from KCC

C. Popularity Award:
- UCC Entries of the finalists will be posted in KCC’s facebook page.
- The entry with the most likes will win the Popularity Award, a trophy and gift pack from KCC.
- The Popularity Award winner can also be the Grand Prize or the second prize winner.

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF UCC ENTRIES IS ON SEPT. 24, 2011.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS WILL BE ON SEPT. 26, 2011.
UCC Videos will be judged by KCC.

Criteria for judging:

* Singing techniques 50%

* KPOP Star Style 30%

* Pronunciation 20%
